Personal training can help treat and prevent injuries. After having an injury if you do not work on strengthening/mobilising
your muscles and joints you may suffer longterm. It is so important to retrain injured muscles correctly so that they heal
as they should.
I work with many clients who are either recovering from an injury, have lower back pain or want to strengthen their muscles
to prevent those niggles that we can all suffer from. Also, exercising is a well known preventative measure for osteoporosis
(bone degeneration).
Don't think that because you are injured you cannot exercise.Using a variety of training techniques such as Pilates,
swiss ball training, bodyweight exercises and stability work we will have you back to normal in record time. Exercise
has been proven to delay or prevent surgery (in some cases).
