Going to the gym is a great way to get fitter but your body will not adapt very much if you keep on doing exactly the same thing day in day out. Don't waste your time doing that, I will set you a personalised training program for when you are training on your own and each session we do together will be different. I will push you to get that fitness level you require a great deal quicker than you would do it alone. It is a proven fact that personal trainers improve results by at least a third! I like to improve them by more than that.
I have a variety of training methods that I will use depending on your age, weight, fitness level and state of health. No matter where you are now or where you want to be in weeks/months to come, I can help you increase your general fitness level. I use circuits, boxing, interval training, fartlek training, heart rate training and a number of other methods to improve your fitness levels. You will achieve general fitness and also a number of other benefits along the way.
 
Before we start I will carry out a maximal or submaximal fitness test to see exactly where you are and which training method(s) will be best for you.
